Ways We Work

Engagement Models

A) With Design / Drawing (Build-to-Print)

  • You share drawings/specs → we review for feasibility → clarify interfaces and finishes.
  • We manufacture, inspect, and deliver with documentation (inspection notes, certificates as needed).
  • Best for: established designs, repeat parts, validated assemblies.

B) Without Design (Concept-to-Drawing-to-Delivery)

  • You share your problem, function, space constraints, and process requirements.
  • We define requirements → create 3D/2D → review with you → prototype → finalize → produce.
  • Best for: new modules, line upgrades, missing or outdated drawings.

C) Reverse Engineering (From Sample or Damaged Part)

  • We measure the sample (and can visit for on-site measurements when required).
  • We recreate the CAD/drawings, select suitable materials/finishes, and—if desired—improve weak points (wear life, cleanability, assembly access).
  • Best for: legacy parts, discontinued suppliers, faster replacements.
